Former Newsweek legal affairs editor and best-selling author David A. Kaplan called in to discuss his new book "The Most Dangerous Branch: Inside the Supreme Court's Assault on the Constitution."  It's too bad the Supreme Court wasn't top of mind for most of us as we talked about his book.
