David and Lyn Wake’s daughter Bethany had dreams of helping others as a missionary nurse. However, those dreams would sadly come to an end when at 14 years old she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour and passed away a year later. In honour of their daughter’s desire to help others, David and Lyn became involved in Christian Blind Mission - or CBM.
