Today my guest is David Avgi. For those of you that don’t know David let me just give you some stats. In 2020 David was one of the top 5 agents in Brooklyn in listings. He sold something like $100 million dollars worth of real estate during the height of Covid. David has been working in the real estate field for over 12 years, with firms such as Empire, Douglas Elliman, Keller Williams, Hecht Group & Bold New York ... Now David is is a Partner at the Mega Brokerage AVENUES. He is currently managing a Mega Development firm along with a Real estate firm. David has a $500 Million New Development Portfolio for condo sales with many development firms... David is also working on a few new developments of his own at the moment. On top of Real estate David Also invest in the stock market, teaches about credit, and has amassed a large following on social media with 50K followers on Instagram, 1800 subscribers on Youtube, and 88K followers on Tik Tok.
