Between 1976 and 1977, terror grips New York City when a series of unexplained murders takes place in Queens and the Bronx. Their target: couples and isolated young women. The murderer who takes pleasure in sending anonymous letters to claim responsibility for his crimes. A single signature, as ambiguous as it is meaningless, marks this bloody epic, that of the Son of Sam, alias David Berkowitz.
