Learn More About David Billingsley: David Billingsley is a native of Racine, Wisconsin and now resident of musical landscape of Minneapolis, Minneapolis. The musician and creative educator has spent most of his time performing and in music classrooms teaching kids of various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. David received his Bachelor of Arts in Music at The University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Rich arts background and community collaborations have led him to a number of community leadership opportunities. Including being the founder and executive director of the The Billingsley School of Music & Arts, a nonprofit organization that provides (Pay-What-You-Can) and free arts access to people of all ages in Dance, Drama, Music, & Visual Art.
