Since 1996 I have worked in the media. Mainly in the field of sports. For more than a decade I have been advising top athletes and companies on how to present themselves to the media in a newsworthy way and how to achieve positive impacts beyond traditional advertising.
To this I add several complementary activities. I broadcast sporting events every weekend on Radio Marca. And I write articles for Welcome to the Jungle, where I tell stories about teleworking, work-life balance, talent and productivity.
Outside journalism, I give courses and conferences on teleworking in cities in Spain and Latin America.
In the academic field, I am a professor of Press Offices, Communication Strategies and Social Networks in the 'Master in Management of Sports Entities' and the 'Master in Sport and Active Tourism' at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the 'Master in Sports Coaching' at Florida Universitaria, the 'Master in Management and Administration of Sports Entities' at the Catholic University of Murcia UCAM and the 'Master in Digital Business' at IEBS School.
My first literary project has been the book about the Paralympic athlete David Casinos 'Every day the sun rises. Y si no sale, ya me encargo yo de sacarlo', which I co-authored with Mario Rebollo. My first solo book '¿Por qué no nos dejan trabajar desde casa?' (Why don't they let us work from home?) is currently on sale on e-book platforms and print on demand. In 2019, together with Daniel Abad Casanova, I published the fable 'El viaje del equilibrista' and in 2021 we have released the first illustrated book about a Paralympic athlete based on the life of Héctor Cabrera and entitled 'Un extraordinario don'.
