David Dubner is a Partner and Managing Director, and the Global Head of M&A Structuring in the Investment Bank at Goldman Sachs. After receiving his law degree, David spent several years as a tax associate at Cravath before moving to the New Products group at Goldman Sachs in the mid-2000s. In this episode of On Tax, David talks to host Len Teti about how he decided to take his first steps out of law and into corporate finance, as well as the current trends he is seeing across M&A, including SPAC transactions, in his practice today.
