David Dubner is a Partner and Managing Director, and the Global Head of M&A Structuring in the Investment Bank at Goldman Sachs. After receiving his law degree, David spent several years as a tax associate at Cravath before moving to the New Products group at Goldman Sachs in the mid-2000s.
