Illinois State Representative David Friess joined WXAN to talk about the story of Abigail Wheeler, a 16 year old girl who took issue with a biological male using the Women's locker room at the Springfield YMCA. Rep. Friess and other members of the Illinois General Assembly are calling attention to the issue, and believe laws should be amended to make sure this type of situation does not occur.
