With the Stay-at-Home order introduced in Louisiana in March 2020, we witnessed a serious reduction in contractor workforce due to sites having to limit their capacity for workers while maintaining safe COVID-19 guidelines. What has technical and craft training looked like during this time? Have companies taken advantage of the reduction in work to pursue training? Are companies and training providers prepared for the surge of work we anticipate once sites are able to run at full capacity?
