David is one of life’s great achievers and hard grafters. Having left university not really having a clue on where he wanted to go in life, joined a recruitment firm and soon learned that he had a real skill for placing people in the right jobs. Fast forward to now and he is the CEO of a successful company that was named ‘The best company to work for’ by the Sunday Times in 2023. David is a leader, an awesome bloke and in this podcast speaks very openly about the sort of skills he believes the next generation should be focussing on achieving.
