He now specialises in contemporary L&D practices and works with clients to develop and implement their digital learning strategies – which encompass face-to-face as well as online – whilst equipping L&D teams with trusted methodologies and practical digital skills.

David is now Chief Learning Strategist at Looop, where he writes articles and speaks about L&D at conferences and events; he is a member of the CIPD L&D Advisory Board, and he teaches on the CIPD Level 5 Digital & Blended Learning programme.
