David is a Commander with the US Navy and has served with Navy Seals and Marines in places like Kuwait, Afghanistan and the Pentagon. And he's also my brother-in-law! Before joining the Navy, he went to an Ivy League college and had a successful career in business. But it was a letter to the editor that helped him choose his path.
