David Lewis would wake on Super Bowl Sunday to an empty house. He would pop a tape into his TV and begin to record the Football game that was streaming. Then he would start the dryer, possibly make two sandwiches and leave the home. We are unsure as to where he intended to go, but we do know somehow he ended up states away, in a morgue as a John Doe.
