In this episode I chat to David McConnachie, the co-owner of Perfumery & Co, an independent beauty, perfume and skincare store in Hampshire. David is also UK M.D for French perfume brand L’atelier Parfum and has worked for many major beauty brands during his long career.

David has a wealth of knowledge of retail, branding and providing the best customer service. His focus is on understanding the customer’s needs, giving them a great experience and getting them coming back again (and again.)
