M-Cultivo was born out of David Paparelli's Executive Masters at the London School of Economics, focused in Social Business and Entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, David has built access to market solutions for developing world agricultural producers. He spent 7 years growing Thrive Farmers International, a volume direct-trade specialty coffee importer in the US. Before that, he worked with nonprofits in East Africa and Central America on several economic development initiatives. He has always had a passion for empowering next-generation producers with practical solutions.

Nathan sits down with David to discuss the market inequities around farming in the coffee supply chain and M-Cultivo's belief that they can change the entire coffee industry for the better, particularly the lives of the producers and their communities.
