He was a well liked neighbour, but what people didn't know was that David Parker Ray was kidnapping, torturing, raping and then drugging women to wipe their memory in a custom built trailer which he called The Toybox with his girlfriend Cindy Hendy, his daughter Jessie Ray and her boyfriend Roy Yancy.  This would go on for decades until one woman was lucky enough to escape.
