David Payton played and sang for several Christian bands throughout his career, but the stint he is most well-known for was his time as lead guitarist for one of the biggest bands of the 80's and early 90's, Mylon & Broken Heart. On this week's episode, David talks about his life, career and why his time with Broken Heart was so short-lived, despite the massive success they achieved while he was with the band. It is a compelling story of how God always knows what's best for us, even when we don't. Plus, we take a look back at some of the songs David recorded with Mylon LeFevre and we'll even get to listen to some stuff he's doing now!
