About the Author: David Random spent decades creating award-winning advertising for products ranging from cat food to mutual funds and sneakers.Since the 1960’s his work has been seen on national TV and in publications like Time, Newsweek and many others.

He also has spent many years combining antique and vintage repurposed artifacts to create what he calls “Retro-Rockets.” His creations have been widely displayed in museums and galleries in many states and were the inspiration for the award-winning film “Rocketship,” played in theaters and featured on Virgin Airways in-flight movies.
