Juan Fernandez is the Global Channel Chief for HacWare and the MSP Growth Coalition, as well as the Chief Encouragement Officer. He has dedicated his career to improving processes and empowering individuals for success through technology. Juan is an early-stage investor in software startups, co-founder of the MSP Growth Coalition, and has built a multimillion-dollar MSP. He is the creator and co-author of The MSP Handbook.

Juan is passionate about "Moving the channel forward" and has written the CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ tests, while also sitting on CompTIA's Technical Advisory Board. His "Making IT Simple" approach has led to new service approaches and education around XaaS, CXaaS, and strategic initiatives.

Juan has won awards such as MSP Shark Tank for best security and services presentation and has been featured in multiple publications. He sits on various councils and committees, including the CompTIA Channel Development Advisory Council as Co-Chair and the Forbes Magazine Technology Council.
