Dawgpound Downunder

Even Pinhead struggled to get up and about as he made his return to the podcast this week, joining DT for a grim catch up about this Browns season. Deshaun remains a hot topic as we crawl towards a showdown in Philly against the Eagles.

Oh dear... What a disastrous game in Vegas... Our Browns sit at 1-3 and are on the cusp of throwing this season away. Despite some improvement from Deshaun Watson at QB and another great second half display from the defence we are stuggling to find many positive in the mess as we head to Washington to take on Jayden Daniels and the red hot Commanders.

A ray of sunlight has emerged through the storm however with DDU and Cleveland Browns Legend Nick Chubb returning to practice providing a much needed moral boost to The Land! It's absolutely must win territory for our guys this week, thanks again for joining us on the Dawgpound Downunder Podcast.

Why can't we be normal? Why can't we have nice things? Goodness me what a week here in the land of the Browns! After a week full of hope we proper blew it against the Giants at home and are staring down the barrel of a long season. 

Matty and DT go deep on this ep to try make sense of it all as the Browns prepare to take on another hopelessly desperate side in the Las Vegas Raiders in a week 4 showdown with huge season implications for both teams.

EXHALE... How good was it to get on the winners list! Our Browns got the job done, albeit in an ugly slog of a game against the Jags and are 1-1 on the season. DT and Matty breakdown the state of the AFC North and how our rivals are travelling and also look ahead to our game in the Big Apple this week against the Giants. 

Been a pretty standard, wild start to a Browns season but it feels like we are building into some nice form, what could possibly go wrong?

DT and Matty Ax re back live in studio to recap an amazing couple of weeks for our Cleveland Browns who are now a 99% chance of returning to the Playoffs!! Plenty happening this ep as DT get proper heartfelt with his love for this years squad while Matty adds a little something extra to the game reviews!

We continue to devour humble pie and discuss the now very real possibility of Kevin Stefanski taking home an unprecedented 2nd NFL Coach of the Year Award and look ahead to the HUGE Thursday Night Prime Time match with the New York Jets where the home crowd may be be like nothing we have ever seen before!

It was our fault. Deshauns injury was our fault. We got too excited, started to believe and while doing so forgot that we are NOT allowed to have any nice things in CLE!! What a huge couple of weeks for the Browns, consecutive wins followed by devastating injury news, never ever a dull moment around here.

Back after a week off and as always there's much to discuss with our beloved Cleveland Browns! We reminisce on simpler times when we defeated the Colts in a last second thriller before diving head first into the shit show that was our loss to the Seahawks.

We question our Head Coaches play calling and discuss if the Browns should have trade in Jacoby Brissett before the trade deadline. It's a huge week for the Orange and Brown as the 1-6 Cardinals, led by a Rookie QB come to The Land for our fist MUST WIN game of the season.
