When life is challenging, the natural tendency is to focus on your circumstances. Most of your time and energy is spent feeling sorry for yourself, or dreading what might come next. The problem, though, is the more you think about yourself the more you tend to feel sorry for yourself? What if instead, you prayed for your friends?
