 How your body benefits from deep breathing. 

Are you aware that 9 out of 10 people are not breathing properly? Are you aware that 70% of the bodies toxins are eliminated through the breath? And if you are not giving your body enough oxygen it cannot function correctly. Are you aware that focusing on your breath allows you to interrupt the habitual attachment to thoughts, definitions and concepts? Being present while allowing the body to breathe correctly you are allowing alignment. 

I will be covering this topic and all its benefits for 21 days, it takes 3 weeks for the unfamiliar to become familiar. So for 21 days, every day I will be sharing the knowledge, inspiration and motivation to make this simple change within you and benefit in mind, body and soul.
