✅ Step 1: Physical Space Audit

• What do you see when you wake up? Start your day with 3 things in your sightline that represent abundance, peace, or power.

✅ Step 2: Phone Environment Check

• Unfollow or mute accounts that lower your vibe. Add affirmations as wallpapers. Create a folder called "Vision Work" for digital vision boards or goals.

✅ Step 3: Social Energy Audit

• Who do you spend time with? Do they reinforce your growth or limit it? Make room for voices that mirror your vision, not your past.

✅ Step 4: Soundtrack Your Life

• Background matters. Use high-vibe music, frequency playlists, or affirmations to subtly rewire your daily vibe.

✅ Step 5: Intentional Triggers

• Add post-it affirmations on mirrors, fridge, and workspace. Set reminder alarms with messages like "You’re already living it."
