Day 106: St. Valentine

Listen Later

Who was the real St. Valentine?

Today the Church remembers St. Valentine, a third century priest and martyr who gave his life for Christ. Far from a commercial holiday figure, St. Valentine shows us that true love is sacrificial and rooted in faith.

In this episode of Saints in a Year, Saul shares the story behind the saint, separates legend from history, and reflects on what Christian love truly means.
