Day 11

Listen Later

Hi my love… welcome back. Take a deep breath in… and let it go. Day 13. You are still here. You are still choosing this. You are still saying yes to yourself every single day — and I want you to know that I see you. I celebrate you. And I believe in everything that is unfolding inside of you right now.

Today’s affirmation is: Divorce Expansion — Expanding Your Heart. And our scripture comes from Isaiah 40:31:

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Read that again… and let it touch the parts of you that have felt too tired to soar.

There are things we hold onto that keep our hearts small. Grudges that calcify around the very places we were meant to grow. Walls we built for protection that eventually became prisons. Old versions of love — of ourselves, of what we deserve — that stopped fitting us a long time ago but that we kept wearing anyway because they were familiar.

Expansion requires a divorce. Not just from people or situations — but from the contracted version of your heart. The version that learned to take up less space. The version that stopped dreaming because dreaming had led to disappointment. The version that confused smallness with safety.

But you were never meant to stay small.

Isaiah 40:31 paints a picture of what happens when we stop straining in our own strength and start hoping — truly hoping — in the Lord. We don’t just survive. We soar. We run without wearing out. We walk without fainting. That is the picture of an expanded heart. A heart that has made room for something bigger than its pain.

Expansion is not always comfortable. Stretching never is. But what is being stretched in you right now is your capacity — for joy, for love, for purpose, for the fullness of everything God intended when He made you. Don’t resist it. Lean into it. Let your heart grow as wide as the promise.

Repeat after me:

I divorce the smallness that has kept my heart contained. I release the walls that no longer serve me. I am expanding — in faith, in love, in purpose, and in peace. I will soar and not sink. I will run and not grow weary. My heart is open, and I am ready for everything God has prepared for me.

You were built for more than survival. You were built to soar. And the expansion happening inside you right now — even if it feels uncomfortable, even if it feels unfamiliar — is evidence that God is preparing you for a bigger life than the one you have been living.

So let your heart expand, my love. Let it stretch. Let it grow. And get ready — because what is coming requires a bigger container than who you used to be.
