Today's mortgage bond and real estate news. Today I share a few extra details as to why some lenders are turning off the faucet and raising rates as well as why the Mortgage Backed Securities are not moving in line with the 10 year US Treasuries and some additional risks facing the market.

Beyond the business, Carl’s goal is to serve the needs of those in his local community whose needs are greatest. This includes projects such as the Back to School Backpack and School Supplies Drive, with a goal to provide 1,000 backpacks with complete school supplies to one of the poorest areas in Snohomish County. It also includes an annual Christmas Toy and Clothing Drive for the Salvation Army and Goodwill, donating to families less fortunate during the holiday season. Carl also has a strong desire to see those around him succeed and find their passion. He focuses this into a local Mastermind for Success group, meeting monthly to share ideas that work and to brainstorm new ideas to achieve happiness, comfort and success.
