Guiding Scriptures: John 6:51 'I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world." '
written by: Torrie Slaughter
Chapter 1 of the Gospel of John verse 14 tells us that the Word became flesh and dwelled among us. God's Son is full of grace and truth. Believers have the opportunity to live a life in eternity. The bread that God gives isn't just heavenly manna; He offers us, Heaven.
The Holy Spirit transforms us as He works from within. Isn't that incredible?! We don't see how the physical food we eat benefits our bodies, yet we eat to satisfy an immediate hunger. The living bread will forever provide nourishment to our souls.
