We've all had moments where we enjoyed just being. Remembering this joy and peace and calm, can help you tune in and raise your vibration.
Action item for today:
· Sit in silence for a couple minutes and remember a time when you were happy just being in the moment. When your mind was calm and clear and you just were. Close your eyes and use all your senses - see if you can see anything, hear anything, smell anything, feel anything maybe the breeze across your arm. That will help you lock in that feeling, that vibration, and soak in the good vibes.
