Today I talk about how much I have going on and how hard it is for me to delegate certain tasks. Feels like there are so many things to do, and I'm always trying to add new customers to the pipeline which takes away from doing the actual things. I'm trying to understand a little bit more about how to delegate the things that I delegated and exactly what to delegate.
