Dear Strength,

Isaiah 40:31 says, But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. This isn’t just a verse, it’s a rhythm for your life. Strength doesn’t come from striving. It comes from trusting.

When you’re tired, when your faith feels thin, remember this: eagles don’t fight the wind, they rise on it. God’s Spirit is that wind. He’s not asking you to flap harder, He’s asking you to surrender. Let Him carry you higher than what’s been weighing you down.

Whether you’re running fast or walking slow, His strength never runs out. So breathe, lift your head, and whisper, “God, I trust You.”

He will give you new strength. Every time.
