This includes projects such as the Back to School Backpack and School Supplies Drive, with a goal to provide 1,000 backpacks with complete school supplies to one of the poorest areas in Snohomish County. It also includes an annual Christmas Toy and Clothing Drive for the Salvation Army and Goodwill, donating to families less fortunate during the holiday season. Carl also has a strong desire to see those around him succeed and find their passion. He focuses this into a local Mastermind for Success group, meeting monthly to share ideas that work and to brainstorm new ideas to achieve happiness, comfort and success.
