A dog, a cat, and their human chuck the mainstream and hit the road in a 30 year old RV. Exploring America...one small town at a time.
This week, we'd leave California's northern coast and head into those beautiful northern Californian Mountains. Trinity County, Six Rivers, and Lassen, before hitting Whiskeytown National Recreation Area....and the painful reminders of last year's devastating Carr Fire. On into Nevada...and a quick trip around the Lake Tahoe Scenic drive before heading south...and spending a night in Schurz Nevada...on the parking lot a brand new...but very closed up and disregarded truck stop.
