Day 18 - 30 Days of Meditation Challenge. Each day, the length of the meditation will increase by 1 min. (18 mins) In this practice, we will practice resting our attention by counting from 1 through 5 then back from 5 through 1. This is a great practice for those who struggles with keeping the attention simply on the breath.
