Create a Working Agreement, a Manifesto, a Niko Niko Calendar, Do Daily Stand Ups and End of Day Retrospectives:

1.  Communication Over a Rigid Process or Rigid Schedule

2.   Keeping Them Learning and Keeping Their Attention Versus Forcing a Specified Topic 

3. Collaboration Versus Command and Control

4. Being Flexible Taking Feedback, Being Open, , Responding to Change Versus Trying to Keep Up / Not Fall Behind / Business As Usual
