The more productive your patterns and routines become, the more profound your life remains. If you want a clear mind, if you want to sleep better at night, if you want to not get so ticked off at the little things. You must challenge yourself to change. You have to work at clearing your mind. What works for you may not work for everyone. But something does work for you and you have to figure it out.
