We’re back LIVE from Day 2 of the Appalachian Bowhunters Challenge at Winterplace Ski Resort in Ghent, WV. First up is Lucas Gymond from Brunswick, Maryland—his third event of this kind, a former trail racer, and a cancer survivor celebrating 15 years cancer free. Lucas shares how endurance events and archery have shaped his outlook on life and the outdoors. Next, we sit down with Hameed, a regular TAC shooter experiencing his first Appalachian Bowhunters Challenge and the creative mind behind all the event’s artwork and branding. He breaks down the difference between TAC and this event, and what he wanted the ABC brand to represent. Finally, we close out the weekend with event founder Jason Stewart to recap how things went, what it took to pull off such a well-managed challenge, and his vision for the future of the Appalachian Bowhunters Challenge.
