 Today It was important to emphasize what emotions really are and to put it into perspective. Once you see emotions as energy in motion and not something that defines you, the easier it will be for you to release these emotions when they come up.  Emotions are not what you think, emotions are simply energy that needs to be felt through you, with your heart. You are the allower.   Deep breathing allows these emotions to be released. By releasing these trapped emotions from your body you practically change the chemistry of your body, you have a completely different body.  "We are not broken, we are not flawed, we are simply misinformed"  Be good to yourselves.
