  • Choose one small habit that feels light, doable, and meaningful
  • Ensure your chosen habit is realistic enough to do even on your busiest day
  • Small actions like three deep breaths before work can replace more time-intensive versions of habits
  • Visualize yourself doing the habit tomorrow to see if it feels right in your body
  • Text yourself your one thing and set a reminder for the next two weeks
