1. Pick Your Scaling Lever:
Which strategy will you implement first?

  • Reverse Sales Flow – Map out the end game offer (e.g., mastermind, 1:1, cohort), then reverse-engineer your lead-in offers.
  • Hidden Demand Play – Audit your audience. Who’s watching but hasn’t bought? What have you not sold to them yet?
  • Cashflow Compounding – Create a plan to re-sell to recent buyers or upgrade them to a higher-tier offer.

2. Build a 30-Day Stack Plan:
