Guiding Scripture: Esther 4:14 ‘For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

Worth the Risk?

Written by:Torrie Slaughter

What would you do if your entire family, friends, or co-workers were given an expiration date? Would you stand boldly or claim ignorance?

Deliverance

We worship and serve a God who will rescue His people from their enemies. Why? Because they are God’s enemies as well. He sets His children apart to help the world understand the difference between righteousness and evil. As Christ-followers, we have the unique responsibility to trust in a God who can rain manna from the sky, heal the sick, and raise the dead. Isn’t that incredible!? We have the opportunity to grow in faith because God extends His grace.

As you read today’s passages, think about the ways God protects you. Are you silently saying thank you or risking the possibility that sharing your faith may lead someone else to Christ?
