David sought deliverance from God. He placed his faith in God to save him. Chapter seven begins with David proclaiming his refuge in the Lord. David recognized the Lord as the righteous judge. He praised the Lord Most High. David recognized the Lord’s majesty in chapter eight. He emphasized the Lord’s dominion over all creatures and His choice to bless man among His creation. Chapter nine is dedicated to the wonderful deeds of the Lord through His judgements. David expressed praise and thanksgiving to the Lord.
