A few months ago, I watched a video of a mother as she repeatedly told her toddler son that he was about to eat an onion. However, the very self-confident little boy argued that it was an apple. Well, they went back and forth until finally, he took a bite. His face frowned up but, he would not admit his mother was right.
There is nothing more frustrating than telling the truth and then not being affirmed. (welcome to parenting? LOL)
Thankfully our Heavenly Father knows the truth and how to deal with our enemies. While many of us may not understand military attacks, we should be familiar with the opposition. At times pride can be our worst enemy.
