Welcome back to Day 28 of our Bible reading journey!

In these passages, Jacob begins the final great journey of his life, leaving the land of promise and traveling to Egypt, where God will grow his family into a nation. We watch a reunion decades in the making as Jacob embraces Joseph, the son he thought was lost forever. And as Joseph guides his family into a place of provision and safety, we see once again how God uses unexpected circumstances to fulfill His promises.

These chapters remind us that even when life shifts, when we find ourselves in unfamiliar places or seasons we never expected, God goes ahead of us. He provides, He sustains, and He keeps every word He has spoken.
