Day 28. It is now the final stretch of Ramadan. Sons and daughters will return home from university, preparations are being made and many Muslims will continue to observe the Laylat al-Qadr with more prayers and lessons until Eid, continuing to try to change their eternal destiny. Pray that Muslims meet Christians by whom they encounter the reality of “Christ in you the hope of glory.” 

Lord God, we think about Revelation 3 where we learn that each of us has been given a name that no one else knows but you. And in this find great hope and assurance, not just of our eternal destiny but of our current reality - Loved, Accepted, Chosen and Adopted by you. We pray today for  Muslims and ask specifically that they would encounter a believer whose hope in you and the peace of the assurance of salvation radiates from them like a beacon. Jesus, initiate such divine encounters that through these relationships and chance meetings you would grow your church in the Muslim world. Bring hope to the hopeless and the efficacy of the cross to unreached peoples of Islam.
