The act of adultery may seem harmless in the moment, but the one who does it lacks sense. The result is dishonor and disgrace. The Lord hates haughty eyes, a lying tongue, one that sheds innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, one who runs to evil, false witnesses, and one who seeks to cause disunity among the Lord’s people.
