These final chapters of Luke take us to the heart of the gospel. Jesus shares the Last Supper with His disciples, is betrayed, denied, and handed over to be crucified. Yet even in His suffering, we see His compassion—forgiving His executioners and welcoming a repentant thief. The story doesn’t end in the tomb, though. On the third day, the stone is rolled away, and the risen Jesus appears to His followers, restoring their faith and commissioning them to proclaim repentance and forgiveness to all nations.Questions:1. At the Last Supper, Jesus redefines the Passover around His own body and blood. What does that teach us about the meaning of communion today?2. Peter’s denial and later restoration show both human weakness and divine grace. How have you experienced God’s grace after failure?3. When the risen Jesus meets His disciples on the road to Emmaus, their eyes are opened through Scripture and fellowship. How can we cultivate that same awareness of Christ’s presence today?Use my affiliate link to get the CSB apologetics study bible hereMy video review the CSB Apologetics Study BibleAll our links are here
