Day 308 – The Word Made Flesh: New Birth and New Beginnings — John 1–3 | Bible In A Year (CSB)

Listen Later

The Gospel of John opens unlike any other—before the manger, before the miracles, we’re taken back to eternity itself. “In the beginning was the Word.” These chapters reveal Jesus as the eternal Son of God who became flesh and dwelt among us. John the Baptist points to Him as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Jesus calls His first disciples, performs His first miracle at a wedding, and has a late-night conversation with Nicodemus that changes how we understand salvation: “You must be born again.”Questions:1. John introduces Jesus as both fully divine and fully human. How does that shape your understanding of who Jesus truly is?2. At the wedding in Cana, Jesus’ first miracle is one of abundance and joy. What does that tell us about God’s character?3. In His conversation with Nicodemus, Jesus explains that salvation is about being born of the Spirit, not just religion or effort. How have you seen that truth play out in your own walk with God?Use my affiliate link to get the CSB apologetics study bible hereMy video review the CSB Apologetics Study BibleAll our links are here
