The Lord will bless His people once again, and they will rule over their enemies. Prophesy was given that Babylon, Assyria, Philistia, and Moab would all be judged by God and would be punished according to their deeds against God’s people and against the Lord. Their mistreatment of Israel and their pride against God will not stand. They will be humiliated and humbled before the Lord’s people and only a portion of Moab will remain.
