In our active culture that seems to only measure productivity and accomplishments, we may just need permission to sit and rest a while . . . to catch a deep breath . . . to let God break into our minds and hearts . . .

Take a 40 day journey with Julie to continue (or begin) practicing the process of Sit Rest Love. Using music, poems and quotes, and observations about the natural world, we’ll explore distractions and helps to find this rest and sense of being held by God’s love, as well as the outcomes of the Sit Rest Love process found in change, companionship, and compassion.
