This one very simple question is often overlooked and/or ignored. This one question can unlock creative ideas, new thoughts, and suggestions to make a business successful no matter what is happening. When troubles strike us down (Pandemic, family issues, time constraints, lack of money) our tendency is to shut down - to think or verbalize “well that’s it, there’s nothing I can do now”.
